Hopewell Data Services specializes in three types of data services. We offer list management, custom database creation and web site development.

Managing Current Lists and Customizing Databases
Many small businesses and organizations don't have the time or expertise to manage their current client/constituent lists and the transactions associated with these lists. We can normalize (clean your names and addresses) your lists and transactions to create a relationship between the names and transactions through the building of a customized database. This will allow you to segment your database for the purpose of generating direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, creation of mailing labels and much more. All of these applications will add value to your current marketing operations and will allow you to maximize revenue.

Renting Prospect Lists
You can promote your business or service to new prospects. We can coordinate the rental of targeted prospect lists, prepare those lists and coordinate applying your lists with a print or email vendor.

Coordination With Print and Email Vendors
Once your lists are segmented and prepared we will coordinate the electronic transfer of your lists to the respective vendor who will handle the printing and mailing process. If needed, we will put you in contact with a print vendor who will help you get your data onto a pre-printed form and into the mail stream.

Web Site Development
Our seasoned web site development associates will work with you to design and create a user friendly, aesthetically pleasing web site that will interface with your database.
