Experience
HDS has more than 50 years of combined experience in the direct marketing industry which focused on database management, list management, list segmentation, customer relationship management (CRM), campaign management, print shop operations, website development and more. With this broad range of technological and marketing experience, we can help you meet all of your customer focused data needs.

Experience includes:

- Managing marketing databases for both commercial and non-profit companies that ranged in size from a few hundred customers to a database of more than 30 million customers.

- Extensive experience in database management, list segmentation, electronic file preparation, target marketing, marketing analytics, marketing strategies, customer acquisition.

- Web Site Develpoment. Our lead web site developer has created numerous web sites across varying industries.

- Analytical experience. One of HDS' strengths is the ability for all of our associates to act as liaisons between technical and non-technical people. HDS associates can speak both languages; translating marketing "English like" requirements into technical code in order to achieve automated, systematic results to previously manual tasks.

- Knowledge in acquiring and applying demographic data overlays to customer information.

- Print programming and print operations. The associates at HDS have written thousands of print programs which applied name, address and variable array information on pre-printed forms.

- Mainframe and client/server processing.
